  • • Laurea in Economia, Management o Ingegneria con specializzazione in ambito sanitario
  • • Buona conoscenza della struttura e delle dinamiche interne al Sistema Sanitario Nazionale (SSN), oltre che dei principali processi sanitari in corso sia a livello nazionale che regionale
  • • Capacità di analisi dei modelli di presa in carico e gestione dei pazienti sia in ambito ospedaliero che territoriale
  • • Capacità di analisi, sintesi e prioritizzazione delle informazioni oltre che organizzative
  • • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata)
  • • Capacità di team working e problem-solving
  • • Capacità di lavorare per obiettivi
  • • Comprovata conoscenza dei principali strumenti del pacchetto Office (es. Excel, PowerPoint, Word,)

Responsibilities

  • Supportare la preparazione e lo svolgimento delle progettualità di Analisi e Ottimizzazione del Percorso Paziente presso diversi Healthcare Provider
  • Supportare l’analisi e l’allocazione della capacity delle risorse personali e infrastrutturali presso Strutture Ospedaliere e Ambulatoriali
  • Sviluppare studi di Implementation Science, elaborando e valutando le migliori strategie per tradurre l’innovazione della ricerca in pratica clinica
  • Supportare la consultazione e l’interazione con Key Opinion Leader della Sanità italiana e preparazione di Advisory Board
  • Sviluppare literature review in riferimento a tematiche di analisi ed efficientamento dei processi sanitari
  • Contribuire alla preparazione, svolgimento e follow up dei meeting con i Key Opinion Leaders della Sanità italiana, oltre che con i referenti del Cliente
