Responsibilities

  • Under the supervision of the Knowledge Management and Internal Communications Manager, the Internal Communications and Knowledge Management Intern will have the following responsibilities.
  • Support collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to internal communication efforts. This includes tracking and measuring the impact of various communication channels, such as emails, newsletters, intranet, or employee surveys. They use data analytics tools to identify trends, evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies, and provide actionable insights to improve internal communication initiatives.
  • Support Pool of Experts & Needs Project
  • Support migration of COU LAC Google site to COU LAC SharePoint Intranet Site
  • Support strategic meeting logistics of FY24 Q3
  • Transcribe content for internal communication channels. They collaborate with communication teams to develop engaging and relevant messages that resonate with employees. They may also contribute to the development of communication strategies that align with the organization's goals and values. This can involve creating content for internal newsletters, announcements, presentations, or social intranet platforms.
  • Country Office Unit Platform:
  • Organize and update existing materials and information relevant to the Country Office Unit Operations
  • Update Monthly Newsletter
  • Assist in the development of communication materials regarding Operational Initiatives
  • Compile notes to draft a “manual” for approaches
  • Design short videos for training or showcase.
  • Support the collection of materials for COU internal newsletter
  • Performs other duties as assigned
