- Educational background in Industrial Design; and experience designing product to production, in consumer products or consumer electronics industry preferred
- Experience with all phases of the design process, including trend research, design strategy, concept development, and manufacturing execution
- Must possess some knowledge of manufacture engineering, including molding techniques (injection), blow molding, rotocast, compression, plastics, printing basics
- Must possess some knowledge of manufacture engineering, including molding techniques, metal castings, CNC production, glass, wood and ceramic experience is also preferred
- Must possess some knowledge of 3D digital modeling, Illustrator, Photoshop
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations regarding safety standards
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, with excellent time management
- Ability to thoughtfully communicate your designs, receive feedback gracefully, and contribute to the work of others
- Excellent team player and independent worker
