What educational qualifications are needed to apply for this internship?
Applicants must be current Bachelor's students in their Junior or Senior year or grad students with at least one semester of school left post-internship. An Industrial Engineering major is preferred.

Yes, candidates should have basic process improvement knowledge and basic coding skills.
What type of projects will the intern be involved in?
The intern will utilize data to analyze complaint handling processes, lead process improvement activities, develop WIP handling infrastructure, and leverage change management techniques.

Yes, the internship includes opportunities to learn about other BSC sites/departments and network cross-functionally with leadership and peers.
