Requirements

  • Be part-way through a relevant degree, BEng (Hons) or BSc (Hons)
  • An eagerness to work alongside and learn from a highly qualified and talented Finance team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • An eagerness to develop your skills in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Enthusiastic and proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with purchase ledger management, including processing invoices, reconciling statements, and ensuring accurate and timely payments.
  • Performing data entry tasks to update financial records and maintain an organized and up-to-date database.
  • Supporting the finance team in various administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and document management.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure accurate and efficient financial transactions.
  • Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and statements under the guidance of experienced professionals.
  • Participating in training sessions and workshops to develop your financial skills and knowledge.
