Responsibilities

  • Familiarisation with digital tools including Google Suite and big data tools to analyse non-conformance data in order to support non-conformance reduction
  • Developing and deploying digital projects starting with the gathering of requirements from business teams, exploring potential data sources and tool options, data product preparation, dashboard development and testing followed by user acceptance testing and deployment
  • Delivering changes, best practices, synergies and promoting business excellence by working with the Quality transnational teams to deploy harmonised Quality Standards and supporting processes
  • Supporting and potentially leading business improvement projects with an ultimate aim of improving our product and business processes
