Requirements

  • This job might be for you if you are pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
  • Candidates with prior experience in the following areas are an asset:
  • LabVIEW programming
  • Communication protocols (Modbus, Ethernet, CAN, Profibus, etc)
  • Schematic capture
  • Digital and analog hardware
  • Automation

Responsibilities

  • Develop custom electrical designs in AutoCAD Electrical.
  • Design and program automated sequencing for test programs using LabVIEW.
  • Investigate instrumentation capabilities and cost comparisons.
  • Develop product test specifications, technical documentation and evaluate test coverage of products.

What will I be working on as an Industrialization PCBA Test Co-op?

As a co-op in this position, you will be working with experienced Electrical Engineers on custom equipment design to support electronic and product level manufacturing tests.
