Requirements

  • Must be available to work full time schedule
  • Passion for fashion, retail, and process improvement
  • Engaging personality with exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organization skills
  • Creative writing skills
  • Ability to think outside the box
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office
  • PowerPoint presentation skills
  • Attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Work with Influencer team to develop ideas to maximize influencer content and UGC
  • Coordinate gifting collateral (boxes, cards, tissue, etc)
  • Represent the PacSun brand in all external emails
  • Work with events and brand marketing team to ensure influencer attendance and coverage at PacSun sponsored events
  • Create influencer lists for campaigns, events and collection pushes that are on brand and meet KPI’s
  • Stay up-to-date on competitor’s influencer strategy
  • Attend meetings, create presentations, present ideas, create reports, handle calendars, etc.
  • Knowledge of fashion, streetwear, music, sports, gaming, and pop culture.
  • Understanding of social media platforms – especially TikTok and Instagram
