  • Information Systems (IS) intern will play an important role in supporting the administration of the Resettlement, Asylum and Integration (RAI) department’s U.S. databases; ensuring program effectiveness through data management. Data analysis and measurement is one of the IRC’s main strategic goals; keeping our database maintained and users supported is an integral part of that goal.

Learning Objectives:

  • Entry level IT service desk (ServiceNow)
  • IRC RAI U.S. IS Customer service standards for user support and database management
  • User account maintenance and other administrative tasks
  • System documentation and learning resource protocols


  • Current or recently matriculated undergraduate student at a U.S. college or university
  •  Attention to detail and the ability to follow precise instructions
  • Interpersonal skills (active listening, patience, positive attitude)
  • Knowledge of, or experience with, information systems for health and human services or other type of Client Relationship Management (CRM) software is preferred, but not required
  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
