  • Automation and Monitoring
  • Device Configuration
  • Onboarding/Offboarding Processes
  • Provide comprehensive IT support to Perspectum employees, ensuring timely resolution of requests.
  • Configure and set up devices and peripherals for new Perspectum hires.
  • Assist in organising and facilitating seamless company update meetings.
  • Collaborate closely with the team to ensure IT projects meet high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Contribute to and maintain updated documentation on the IT documentation wiki.
