Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university and able to commute to our office during your internship
  • Pursuing a degree in Instructional Design, Education, Sales, Communications, or a related field
  • Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning theories is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Google Suite
  • Exposure to authoring tools/software, e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, etc. is a plus, but not required
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

  • Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks on existing instructional materials to ensure clarity, accuracy, and effectiveness and learn industry best practices.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with teammates to design and develop engaging e-learning, job aids, newsletter articles, and instructor-led training materials from start to finish.
  • Learning Framework: Apply instructional design theories and adult learning principles to create content that meet the diverse needs of our audience.
  • Feedback and Iteration: Gather standardized feedback on training materials and make necessary revisions to enhance learner experience and outcomes.
