Description
- Intel is seeking an Operational and Community Manager Intern for its Intel Ignite program, which is a 12-week strategic startup acceleration program operating in Tel Aviv, Munich, Boston, and now in London. The program is designed to mentor and accelerate the growth of startups in all relevant domains, including product, technology, business, management, HR, and finance, among others. As the Intel Ignite Operational and Community Manager Intern, you will report directly to the Managing Director of the program and will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the program.

Responsibilities
- Facilitate and participate in all phases of the program, including organizing events and roadshows, etc.
- Interface and coordinate with a broad set of people, including Intel supporting functions, startups, entrepreneurs, investors, internal and external mentors.
- Ensure smooth program operations by implementing and managing operational activities.
- Demonstrate innovative and out-of-the-box thinking to improve program delivery and impact.
- Be able to operate in a fast-paced, highly demanding, and challenging work environment.
Requirements
We welcome applications from candidates with:
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, Management, etc.).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
- A passion for working with startups and the London startup ecosystem.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, highly demanding, and challenging work environment.
- ability to communicate clearly and concisely in English.
It would be an advantage if you had interest/knowledge and would like to develop your skills in:
- Knowledge of the London startup ecosystem is an advantage.
