Responsibilities

  • Supporting tasks regarding the analysis, implementation and testing of Investment Guidelines
  • Monitoring of regulatory and fund specific investment restrictions on a daily basis
  • Observating of market conformity of non-cash transactions and reporting of issues
  • Ex-ante checks related to outsourcing of call money and/or time deposits to other credit institutes
  • Validation of overdrafts and VaR reports monitored by the IOC team
  • Performing the tasks according to the relevant operational procedures
  • Responding to internal and external requests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Delivery of operational service levels agreed with clients, internally and externally
  • Important information is distributed to all IC members and other relevant teams
  • Timely escalation of problems to the Head of IC/ local management
  • Ensuring the transformation of BP2S value’s – steadiness, responsibility, expertise, good place to work, agility, compliance culture, client satisfaction and openness
