Requirements

  • Education Requirements;
  • Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master’s degree program in Computer Engineering; Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field from an accredited university.
  • University projects in Python and networking.
  • Concepts of Networking and best practices of software development.
  • Knowledge of Networking fundamentals, Network architecture, Network topology
  • Strong knowledge of Python to be able to create and execute test scripts.
  • Strong scripting skills interacting with network equipment.
  • Knowledge and practice of writing quality code and automation scripts.
  • Knowledge and fine concepts of Operating systems.
  • Excellent Problem-Solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • To learn and master Velocity and iTest products of Spirent.
  • Develop automation software for various network devices.
  • Automate manual test cases using iTest and Velocity.
  • Troubleshoot script issues and network issues and resolve them to closure.
  • Update the status of tasks assigned and send regular status reports.
