The candidate must have advanced computer skills, excellent communication and teamwork abilities, strong organizational skills, professionalism, punctuality, and availability during Padres games and events. Bilingualism, college/university student status, and physical capabilities are also required. Background check is mandatory.

The intern will gain hands-on experience in various departments of Ballpark Operations, including event planning, field maintenance, and guest experience. They will assist with inventory management, participate in game day preparations, and contribute to the overall success of Padres games and events.
