Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must be a student pursuing an associate or bachelor’s degree program in marketing or related field of study
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Ability to work 10-15 hours per week
  • Ability to make a semester-long commitment
  • Must be able to pass all background check and licensing requirements as set forth by the Division of Cannabis Control
  • Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
  • Preferred:
  • Basic knowledge of the cannabis industry a plus but willingness to learn is necessary

Responsibilities

  • Assist with dispensary and brand e-commerce menu management, logging, editing, and analyzing products on digital platforms.
  • Track brand sku counts on dispensary partner’s digital menus.
  • Update and maintain a brand catalog of products.
  • Support with any trouble shooting needs, support ticket creation and follow ups.
  • Proactively scan menu listings for detailed page structural issues (incorrect names, imagery, and descriptions)
  • Evaluate the speed with which partner dispensaries place products on menus
  • Track and report on dispensary partner pricing decisions in order to assess ability to sell through product
