Responsibilities

  • Contract Administration: learn order fulfillment process including sales order input, packing slip generation, and managing open order reports to ensure build schedule meets customer demand.
  • Program Management: represent the voice of the customer to internal stakeholders, attend weekly open order report meetings with the customer, communicate issues, and resolve problems internally to deliver the product to the customer on time with high quality.
  • New Product Introduction: gain experience in the NPI lifecycle from receipt of quote, working with supply chain and engineering to deliver a response to the customer within a tight timeline, track program progress, and deliver prototype units on time.
  • Product Returns: work closely with contract administrators, planning, operations, and quality to determine the reason for the return, and corrective actions, quote the cost of repair, and communicate issues to the customer.
  • Other activities may be assigned as required and depending on demonstrated capability.
