  • We have an exciting 4 month internship opportunity for a Business Support Analyst starting in May/June.
  • The Business Support Analyst reports to the C-17 ITC Training Delivery Manager and is responsible for all aspects of contract support, reporting, simulator maintenance meetings and in addition works in close liaison with the C-17 Training Programme Manager.

Responsibilities

  • C-17 contract support Documentation
  • RIO
  • White Ticket (ITC resource management tool)
  • Reporting packs
  • Chairing bi-weekly FSISM meetings and managing associated documentation
  • Managing staff and trainee TMS accounts
  • Trainee liaison
  • Assisting the Training Delivery Manager in resolving budget and human resource-related issues
  • Monitoring and managing review of trainee feedback
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management
  • Production of local paperwork and documentation
  • Organising trainee and visitor access to the facility
  • Organising venue requirements for meetings and official visits.

Requirements

  • Studying a degree course or have graduated a degree course within last 2 years

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Studying at degree level
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to discuss ideas and concepts with stakeholders of all levels.
  • To have forward thinking mind-set and self-motivated
  • Effective communication skills
