Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate our Sephora values: Passion, Innovation, Expertise, Balance, Respect, Teamwork, and Initiative.
  • Write and execute a strategic creative brief
  • Learn how cross-functional teams work at Sephora and what it takes to deliver a successful marketing campaign
  • Gain an understanding of the hindsighting process at Sephora as well as the importance of the hindsighting process
  • Develop and present a research project that could help inform future Sephora haircare campaigns
  • Have fun with beauty!
