  • Interact with potential candidates through recruiting activities, reviewing resumes, phone screens, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, and completing any additional parts of the hiring process.
  • Craft marketing strategies, focused content, and posts that target early-career and college audiences for Nelnet On Campus channels; analyze social media outcomes.
  • Understand and articulate Nelnet’s business lines, product/service offerings and markets to prospective associates and current interns.
  • Support Nelnet’s intern program by planning/leading events and creating programming.
  • Participate in team and/or other business meetings and events to help lead and contribute to all hiring efforts at Nelnet.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Recruiting associates on projects related to other areas of Nelnet.
  • Assist with data entry to better inform Campus Recruiting strategy and improve future decision making.
  • Help with clerical duties as needed.
