What are the qualifications required for the internship?
Candidates must be enrolled in an MBA program graduating in 2026, have a minimum of 3 years of work experience, and demonstrate leadership abilities.
Is previous experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry required?
No, experience in marketing, sales, and/or the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry is preferred but not mandatory.
Will I receive a full-time offer if I perform well during the internship?
Yes, high performing interns will be eligible to receive a full-time offer to join the Commercial Leadership Development Program after completing the internship.
What kind of projects will interns work on?
Interns will work on impactful projects relevant to current business needs, such as developing sales force promotional materials, collaborating on strategies for clinical trials, and translating data insights into patient education resources.
Is there a mentorship program for interns?
Yes, interns will have formal mentorship with commercial leaders and current full-time CLDP associates.
Are there networking opportunities during the internship?
Yes, the internship includes teambuilding and networking events, as well as a final presentation to senior leaders and team members on summer projects.
