The internship is designed for individuals looking to gain exposure to client onboarding within a financial firm, supporting various associates, officers, and managers in day-to-day tasks related to data entry and organization.
What are some key responsibilities of the intern?
Interns will enter new customer data into the onboarding system, update existing onboarding data, conduct data reconciliations, reach out for information to brokers or customers, document onboarding procedures, and maintain document control processes.
What qualifications are required for this internship?
Candidates must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a relevant program, graduating between December 2025 and May 2026, and must have proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
When does the internship start and how long does it last?
The internship is set to start in May 2025 and will last for a 10-week program.
Is this internship a paid position?
Yes, all interns are paid at a competitive rate.
Will I receive training during the internship?
Yes, interns will receive both virtual and in-person training to help them get onboarded and connected with the company globally.
