Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the KYC refresh team to remediate existing customer KYC files as part of a risk-based approach.
  • Review KYC policies and procedures to ensure grasp of Firm’s obligations related to performing KYC on clients.
  • Review customer KYC refresh packets for adherence to internal KYC procedures.
  • Upload KYC file documents, checklists, and evidence of screening results into KYC profile.
  • Assist in performing front office outreach and follow ups as necessary.
  • Update KYC refresh tracking tool to ensure accurate and up to date status for completion of KYC file review.
  • Update Policy and Procedure templates to be in line with new corporate branding standards.
  • Catalogue information on shared drives.
  • Assist with various monitoring, surveillance and compliance obligations of the Compliance and AML departments.
