Requirements

  • Candidate must be working towards a BS degree in Computer Information System or equivalent.
  • A self-driven individual with exemplary administrative skills.
  • Previous work experience a plus.
  • Computer and data entry experience.
  • Database management experience.
  • Experience creating and maintaining Microsoft Excel and Access files.
  • Proficiency in written and oral communication.
  • Able to take direction, ask questions and stay on task to complete assignment according to due date.
  • Skills Required:
  • Microsoft Office 2016 or greater Products, excellent organization, excellent attention to detail, strong independent and team worker
  • Other Skills Preferred:
  • SQL, Relational Database Structure, Oracle Server 19, SQL Server Reporting Services, Project Management, Xsite application knowledge

Responsibilities

  • Perform Xsite data input, tracking, validation, database updates and modifications.
  • Must be able to understand user requirements and complex manufacturing topics.
  • Have strong analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Can work independently and in a team to develop innovative solutions.
  • Communicate with both a technical and non-technical user community.
  • Successfully interact with Vendors to resolve Application Issues.
  • Create technical documentation related to projects and systems.
  • Collaborate with others across multiple departments (management, analysts, engineers, programmers, end-users) in a team environment.
