You should be adept at SQL and Python for exploratory data analysis and have a fundamental understanding of Tableau to build visually stunning dashboards.
What will the internship focus on?
The internship will focus on memory failure telemetry dataset analysis, real-time dashboards, predictive modeling, and providing insights to improve memory reliability.
Where is the internship located?
The internship is located onsite at the Samsung headquarters in San Jose, California, up to 5 days a week, or as compliant with the hybrid remote work policy.
What opportunities for professional development will be available during the internship?
You will learn about data exploration, visualization, predictive modeling for time-series datasets, and how to deploy and sustain ML data pipelines.
Will I have the chance to present my findings to customers?
Yes, you will present your insights and findings to customers along with enabling access to the interactive dashboard.
Is prior experience with hardware telemetry necessary?
While preferred, prior experience with hardware telemetry is not mandatory; however, knowledge about computer system architecture and memory subsystems will be beneficial.
