  • Ability to think conceptually and work with a brand style guide to create new design executions, edit existing templates and prep files for production.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Able to manage multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, or a related field.
  • Able to lift items 35 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Twins Creative team in ideating, designing, and executing work across a variety of projects.
  • Support our community initiatives by supporting assigned designed projects as requested and volunteering when able.
  • Create content and support brand marketing and/or social media initiatives throughout the season.
  • Use our established toolkit to elevate, develop, and learn design in a collaborative and exciting environment.
