Responsibilities

  • Learn hands-on skills of digital communication platforms and contributing to projects that build commercial digital capabilities
  • Email Marketing: Execute Email Marketing campaigns in Salesforce Pardot using wireframe templates. Assist digital and marketing teams in building customer segmented email lists and monitor email campaign performance. Potentially project manage the migration of Marketing platforms to Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Website Management: Participate in Phase 2 updates of our Corporate Website & Microsite Assessment. Assist in optimizing website elements, such as title tags, meta descriptions, and headings.
  • Digital Strategy Project: Build a competitive digital strategy analysis of industry trends and competitor analysis. Gather insights of our customers via trade shows, surveys and feedback to identify trends to inform content and personalization strategies.
  • Digital Advertising Support:
  • Paid Social Ads: Help set up and monitor paid campaigns and work with media agency on placements
  • Performance Analysis: Track and report on the effectiveness of digital advertising campaigns
  • Google Analytics: Learn to use Google Analytics to track website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance
  • Reporting: Prepare performance reports and assist in analyzing the results to improve strategies
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for improving organic search rankings.
