Requirements

  • Willingness and ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment

  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Outstanding organization and problem solving skills, attention to detail a must
  • Strong Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills (including use of pivot tables and V-lookups)

Responsibilities

  • Support engagement with vendors and agency buyers to ensure vendors are seamlessly onboarded and enabled
  • Support management of various escalation types including coordination between vendors, buyers, SAP, and accounts payable
  • Maintain engagement documentation procedures
  • Draft necessary enablement communications
  • Provide general coordination and administrative support across the SS&P team.
  • Participate in and support supplier training webinars/summits
  • Support Enablement team with projects as necessary
  • Provide general coordination and administrative support across the SS&P team.
  • This role will support the general duties of purchasing and supplier management and learn business practices and business etiquette as it relates to procurement support
