Requirements

  • Working toward obtaining a Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year, accredited university in engineering, biomedical, information technology, or other relevant technical area is required.
  • Demonstrated academic achievement throughout college
  • Participation in extracurricular activities, and social or culture building organizations.
  • Strong computer skills using MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, SharePoint, social media, other online cloud platforms.
  • Commitment to quality and exceeding customer expectations
  • Self-motivated and take responsibility for results, and committed to life-long learning
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills
  • Must work well in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
  • Ability to prioritize, delegate, adapt and multi-task in a fast paced, highly dynamic work environment

Responsibilities

  • Support and participate in meetings internally and externally
  • Learn to coordinate with external parties, clients, collaborators and vendors
  • Capture meeting notes, action items, decisions, and key meeting themes
  • Create client and internal presentation content
  • Conduct relevant research as directed by senior consultant and develop reports
  • Support the development of detailed design documents including drawings and specifications for systems and supporting infrastructure
  • Support the Designers and Consultants to develop any necessary content
  • Conduct periodic site visits to meet project objectives
  • Support the project Designer and Consultant to develop and manage punch lists for each system
  • Support the project Designer and Consultant to develop transition and move plans
