Requirements

  • This position requires a detail-oriented, well-organized individual who can work effectively with various people. Must be able to assimilate a broad range of information and schedule priority work effectively.
  • Additional Requirements:
  • Computer literate; advanced proficiency working with Excel
  • Accounting, A/P, or A/R knowledge/experience preferred
  • Currently enrolled in college to obtain a BBA in Accounting or Finance

Responsibilities

  • Reconciling account balances as directed by Managers and assisting with financial analysis
  • Assisting Managers with data collection, documentation, scanning verification, and customer/vendor calls
  • Demonstrating learned skills through education and applying accounting knowledge to tasks assigned
