Requirements

Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, etc.
Familiar with database management systems such as SQL, MongoDB, etc.
Knowledge of web development frameworks such as Django, Flask, etc.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, etc.
Interest and understanding of semiconductor packaging technologies and processes
Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

Assist in developing and maintaining DFM tools and databases for package design and analysis
Support the implementation and integration of DFM tools with other engineering systems and platforms
Collaborate with package engineers and other cross-functional teams to provide DFM solutions and feedback
Perform data analysis and generate reports on DFM performance and improvement opportunities
Document and present DFM best practices and learnings
