Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, etc.
  • Familiar with database management systems such as SQL, MongoDB, etc.
  • Knowledge of web development frameworks such as Django, Flask, etc.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, etc.
  • Interest and understanding of semiconductor packaging technologies and processes
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and maintaining DFM tools and databases for package design and analysis
  • Support the implementation and integration of DFM tools with other engineering systems and platforms
  • Collaborate with package engineers and other cross-functional teams to provide DFM solutions and feedback
  • Perform data analysis and generate reports on DFM performance and improvement opportunities
  • Document and present DFM best practices and learnings
