Requirements

  • Currently enrolled as a Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial or Software Engineering, Innovation and Transformation Management, Change Management, or similar fields
  • Interest or experience in Artificial Intelligence, particularly Generative AI, would be beneficial, along with a strong ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience in drafting accurate and clear documents or presentations
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams); experience with automating tasks and using new software is a plus
  • Problem-solving and creativity: Demonstrated ability to think critically and propose creative solutions in use case development, process improvements, and prototyping
  • A proactive, self-reliant working style with excellent organizational and collaborative skills, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
  • Fluency in English is required; additional language skills, especially German, would be a plus

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and provide insights on emerging trends in Generative AI
  • Actively support managing GenAI use cases, contribute to testing first prototypes, and assist with the development of new use cases across various departments
  • Support smaller change initiatives and improve processes through automation
  • Create and maintain structured documentation for projects, processes, and learnings within the program
  • Assist in preparing internal and external communications, such as newsletters, announcements, and updates, for the GenAI program
  • Develop presentations, reports, and other documents
