  • Data collection and analysis: gather, organize, and analyze data to support various projects and initiatives across different departments.
  • Administrative support: assist with general administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, and managing documents.
  • Project coordination: support team members in tracking project timelines, updating project documentation, and coordinating tasks with relevant stakeholders.
  • Presentation preparation and excel data management: help create and refine PowerPoint presentations to support updates, reports, and meetings, and use Excel for data entry, analysis, and creating basic reports to support different functions.
  • Assist in communication: help draft emails, prepare reports, and communicate updates to various team members and departments.
