  • You are the main contact person for our customers who are arranging Meetings & Events with us.
  • You will ensure that the event is perfectly prepared.
  • Also, you will make sure that all details are taken care of and that the wishes of the customer are included in the script.
  • An important aspect of the internship is maximizing revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
  • You take care of any last-minute changes and maintain communication with both the customer and the various (executive) departments in the hotel.
