Responsibilities

  • Performing physical weighing of the Aircraft, assemblies or components.
  • Calculations for Weight and Centre of Gravity of the Aircraft.
  • Creation of the Weight and Balance Reports.
  • Defining in the Weight and Centre of Gravity limitations for the Aircraft, ballast requirements for Final Assembly Line and technical analyses.
  • Monitor Suppliers weights and perform Supplier audits, as needed.
  • Support to Production for a Typical Line Move or Jacking activity.
  • Seeking continual improvement of Mass Properties Processes, Procedures and Software Tools.
