Responsibilities

  • Support Project Coordination
  • Work closely with the HR Project Coordinator, as well as local and regional stakeholders, to coordinate and execute project plans
  • Support tracking and reporting of KPIs
  • Develop functional skills and business acumen
  • Research current HR trends and advise on ongoing strategies, as needed
  • Brainstorm creative content for workshops/panel discussions /learning-series events
  • Assist with the creation of presentations and other content in preparation of senior leader presentations
  • Facilitation & Workshops
  • Prepare, facilitate, and moderate various HR meetings and workshops
  • Have the opportunity to rotate in the HRBP organization by supporting a small group to experience the complete HR stakeholder cycle.
  • Support preparation of agenda items , content, and speakers; align with senior leaders to ensure meaningful topics are discussed
  • Capture action items and follow up on information discussed during the meetings
  • Participate in special projects and perform other job-related activities, as needed
  • Document your learning journey and conduct a self-evaluation at the end of your program.
  • Have the ability to travel Domestically and to Mexico if needed.
