  • Uses computer based programs, copy machine, calculator and other related standard office equipment to type letters, reports, correspondence and forms.
  • Performs data entry to prepared spreadsheets, compiles and files records.
  • Answers telephone inquiries and delivers messages.
  • Sorts and delivers departmental mail.
  • Maintains and stocks department office supplies.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
