Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science or related field.
  • Familiarity with security tools and technologies, such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, and antivirus software
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and supervisors.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills, with experience in troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Develop business relationships with and earn the trust of customers and colleagues
  • Support the administration of the firmwide security awareness program and phishing simulation campaigns
  • Assist in the development of key security metrics to measure the effectiveness of our security controls and processes
  • Participate in the investigation of security-related incidents, including conducting forensic analysis and recommending corrective actions
  • Assist with vulnerability remediation
  • Handle routine operational duties related to information security
  • Collaborate with team members on various projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall security posture of the organization
