Requirements

  • Must be a current Sophomore, Junior, or graduating senior student at an accredited university.
  • Study disciplines in information technology preferred.
  • Analytical mindset, demonstrate ability to problem solve and create practical solutions to overcome problems and mitigate risks.
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven and fast-changing environment, and able to respond to changing business needs.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs including Word, Outlook, and strong Excel skills
  • Excellent analytical, organization and time management skills, with the ability to maintain a strict level of attention to detail.
  • Demonstrates a vested interest in team goals and objectives.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships.
  • Self-motivated with the desire to consistently improve performance and gain further knowledge.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, learn quickly, and demonstrate effective problem solving and follow-up skills

Responsibilities

  • Learning Basic PowerPoint and Creating an End-of-Summer Overview:
  • The intern will acquire fundamental skills in using Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • They will create an end-of-summer overview that highlights the project they worked on and the skills they developed during the internship.
  • Compliance and Safety Responsibilities:
  • The intern is responsible for adhering to all training, safety, and compliance requirements.
  • They must follow established protocols to ensure a safe and secure work environment.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills:
  • The intern will learn skills to effectively gather and document technical requirements.
  • The intern will develop problem-solving abilities and gain an understanding of technical development.
  • They will apply analytical thinking to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Technical Competency:
  • The intern will gain proficiency in application development, release management, application integration and application documentation.
  • They will learn to manipulate and visualize data effectively.
  • Effective Communication of Findings:
  • The intern will communicate key findings to various stakeholders.
  • They will present data-driven insights in a clear and compelling manner, facilitating informed decision-making or storytelling.
  • Other Duties as Assigned:
  • The intern may be assigned additional tasks or projects as needed throughout the internship.
