Requirements

  • Exposure or interest in IT Applications support and development.
  • The intern will be attached to the Customer Experience team, which supports the Commerce website, Salesforce, BI/BW, Adobe Marketing System and SAP CRM.
  • Premium consideration will be given to IT majors or people with experience in programming, SQL or project management.

Responsibilities

  • We will assign a project for the summer that will lead into your intern presentation at the end of the summer.
  • Day to day tasks will be to provide support and backup to existing team members.
  • Areas of work include Salesforce, SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Commerce and Business Intelligence Analytics.
  • The focus of this internship will be to provide an introduction to the functioning of an IT Applications group.
  • You will work closely with the existing team and be exposed to skills such as project management, requirements documentation, testing, training, meeting management, and teamwork.
  • You will also be exposed to the workings of a medium sized company and how the applications team interacts with business users at Topcon.
