Responsibilities

  • Lead and/or conduct needs analysis with business stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate performance objectives into effective global training solutions (i.e., synchronous, asynchronous, and blended solutions).
  • Full Hospitality Management Program update - working with the Director of Facilitation and Senior Instructional Designer to identify opportunities to elevate the content from interactivity to graphic design.
  • Provide routine maintenance to content that requires updates in order to ensure current and accurate information in all programs is shared each time it is delivered.
  • Update Opening Training Content - collaborate with the Openings Training Team to elevate the content delivered during hotel openings
  • Create facilitator and participant guides, skill exercises, role plays, and job aids for a wide variety of technical and soft skills resulting in classes with high participation interactivity
  • As a part of the HMP and Openings training projects facilitator notes will need to updated based on feedback from the facilitator teams as well as participant guides where applicable. Lastly we are looking to the role for innovative suggestions on role plays and interactivity to elevate the existing programming.
