Requirements

  • Current college Junior or Senior
  • Portfolio featuring past work experience and relevant, digital design solutions
  • Strong visual design talent, with a pixel-level eye for detail
  • Understanding of designing intuitive user interfaces
  • Ability to multitask, and meet fast-evolving deadlines with a curiosity and passion for building rich, new ad experiences
  • Strong communication; have the ability to explain your design decisions clearly and
  • persuasively
  • Understanding of Adobe Photoshop and After Effects
  • Get it done attitude without compromising quality
  • Familiarity with digital advertising, mobile and UX design

Responsibilities

  • Design visually stunning and cutting-edge advertising experiences for Kargo’s advertising campaigns
  • Work with animation tools to produce animated ads
  • Employ a user-centered design to create intuitive design solutions
  • Work closely with other members of the design team as well as Account Managers to bring big ideas to life through ideation, sketching, and production.
