Responsibilities

  • Collaborating closely with the IT CRM team, sales and customer support teams to identify, design, and develop AI agents that help automate and streamline workflows and tasks there by enhance productivity of Sales and customer service teams.
  • Building intelligent AI agents tailored for sales and customer service teams, facilitating seamless interactions to simplify data entry, retrieval, content generation and data search operations, thereby enhancing overall operational efficiency.
  • Testing, refining, and optimizing AI agents to ensure they deliver consistent, high-quality output across various workflows.
  • Measuring the performance and impact of AI agents, leveraging insights to drive continuous improvement and maximize ROI for the organization.
  • Documenting processes, best practices, and lessons learned to ensure scalability and knowledge sharing across teams.
