Requirements

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program majoring in Information Technology, MIS, or a related technical field from an accredited university.
  • Good verbal communication and customer service skills are required.
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware and software on Desktops and Laptops required.
  • Ability to quickly learn standard IT systems such as Service Now.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues with laptops/desktops.
  • Image new desktops/laptops.
  • Resolve help desk tickets as needed.
  • Assist with IT initiatives such as vulnerability management, asset management, etc.
