  • The intern will work closely with the IT Operations team to provide technical support to employees and contractors. The IT Operations team has several process improvement/cost reduction projects underway. The intern will be a key part of those project teams and be assigned specific project tasks. Project areas include: asset management, Teams utilization, and low-code/no-code automation.
  • The IT Operations team will be stretched this year to meet the support SLAs while implementing a broad range of projects. An intern would be well-utilized and become an essential part of the IT Operations team.


  • Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program majoring in Information Technology, MIS, or a related technical field from an accredited university.
  • Good verbal communication and customer service skills are required.
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware and software on Desktops and Laptops required.
  • Ability to quickly learn standard IT systems such as Service Now.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
