  • We are looking for an enthusiastic marketing intern to join our marketing department and provide creative ideas to help achieve our goals. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies across web, email, print and social media platforms. As a marketing intern, you will collaborate with our marketing and design production teams in all stages of campaigns. You will also gain an understanding of the financial services and insurance sector’s products and target audiences.
  • This internship will help you acquire new skills and provide you with knowledge of various marketing strategies. Ultimately, you will gain broad marketing experience that should make you prepared to enter any fast-paced work environment.


  • Current enrollment in a related BS field (Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Public Relations, FinTech or other general business major preferred)

  • Help create deliver, edit, and optimize advertisements, marketing materials and website content
  • Support the creative production of digital and print communications campaigns
  • Coordinate and organize email campaigns and measure performance working with Marketing Automation Manager
  • Develop content for social media channels
  • Support Nassau’s agent micro recognition program
  • Collaborate with video and podcast production teams
  • Create recommendations for trade show booth installments and other agent engagement strategies
  • Review outgoing communication pieces for completeness and accuracy of project
  • Ensure that messages are supportive of and consistent with brand
  • Maintain and update databases and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
  • Support logistic planning for events and trips
  • Review traffic analytics and other metrics to measure reach and campaign effectiveness
  • Perform other duties as assigned
