Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the preparation and execution of key engineering tasks at Moog.
  • Provide technical support to engineers, as needed.
  • Work experience may include setting up tests with power supplies, control software, test pump, and test loop; taking operational performance data to characterize pump performance (power, pressure, flow, temperature, NPSH) and presenting summary of data; and/or learning about general rotating machinery (centrifugal pumps, fans, blowers) and how they operate in a system (i.e., pipes or ducts) based on the student's educational discipline.
  • Provide input on project processes, strategies, and execution.
  • Operate as a multidisciplinary member of a team of creative, independent individuals.
  • Represent Moog in a manner consistent with its technical and professional reputation.
