Responsibilities

  • Serving as an active member of the account team, learning the fundamentals of account management, understanding what “good” account management looks like, and how to confidently provide client service support
  • Contributing to roles that bring projects to completion effectively & efficiently cross-functionally, under the supervision of an account team member
  • Completing day-to-day tasks associated with running projects, including understanding and capturing internal and client feedback, assisting with collateral updates, writing meeting recaps, creating project briefs, updating status reports, learning to develop project scopes, budgets and timelines, organizing files on the agency server, daily administrative tasks, etc.
  • Collaborating successfully with all agency departments, including ensuring teams are prepared for internal and external meetings, coordinating meetings, and follow-ups on outstanding items
  • Participating in team meetings and, as appropriate, in client presentations
  • Collaborating with fellow interns to complete a special project and presenting to the executive leadership team
  • Seeking out increased opportunity for learning and exposure to aspects of the agency world that intrigue you most
  • Other duties as assigned
