  • Currently conducting PhD level research in computer architecture, computer systems, compilers, or a related field
  • Knowledgeable in memory/storage architectures, cache systems, and modern accelerator architectures
  • Familiarity with near-memory computing and popular programming models (e.g., OpenCL, CUDA), parallel computing, and compiler internals is a plus
  • Understanding of compute and memory requirements of modern AI/ML applications like LLMs
  • Proficiency in C++ and Python is preferred
  • Good communication skills
