Requirements

  • Experience in retail or beauty a plus.
  • Experience in Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint (or equivalent Email & Calendar Programs).
  • Strong communication skills, written & verbal
  • Have an interest in learning how to be a more inclusive leader and ally.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills as evidenced by involvement in organizations, community involvement, sports, and other activities.
  • Graduating in 2025 or 2026 (undergraduate or graduate degree in Marketing, communications, Merchandising or Business)
  • Remote program – work schedule must align with Pacific Standard Time
  • Must permanently reside and work in the U.S.
  • Must be open to relocating to the San Francisco Bay Area upon graduation for consideration for full-time hybrid positions *
  • Available for the 1-week On-Site office experience in San Francisco, CA

Responsibilities

  • Comp Collection/Organization
  • Work with production on asset collection and pass off
  • Analyze Business Trends
  • Work on Product Refinements by Key Note Attribution
  • Note taking at meetings

  • Get exposure to cross-functional teams. Sephora has a highly collaborative culture so you are encouraged and expected to work closely with other related teams such as Brick & Mortar Merchandising, Marketing, Inventory Planning, Production
  • Lead or assist on projects using a hands-on approach
