Responsibilities

  • The purpose of this job is to support the National Accounts Support team in activities related to quote to delivery of customer trucks.
  • Work would include:
  • Uploading and refreshing our daily data
  • Creating status reports for our customers
  • Creating and distributing in-service letters to the dealer network
  • Creating financial instructions
  • Assisting with warranty registrations
  • Updating the systems with changes to orders as needed (delivery, build dates, etc.)
